The preservation of habitats and biodiversity can only succeed if people are educated about its importance. Therefore, NABU is engaged in educational activities around the globe.
NABU's goals are to inform, create acceptance, and sensitize for nature conservation matters.
We are applying various techniques and channels for this knowledge transfer depending on cultural context, the respective target group, and their needs. Activities include building of local educational centers, development of teaching material, training programmes for teachers, film-making, building of visitor information centers, and many more.
